Take Me Out To The Ballgame

AUGUST 17, 2018

Hi, It’s me, Joseph and I’m on the move.  As you know, I’m a big believer in trying new things. #ThisIsBrave.  My latest adventure was a trip to Citizens Bank Park, the home of the Philadelphia Phillies.  Let me tell you, there’s a lot you can learn from a baseball game.

First, let’s just soak up the surroundings.....

Philadelphia Phillies Citizens Bank

Let me just say, as a landlord who manages property and a homeowner, I truly appreciate how nice they’ve kept up the lawn.  As someone who loves all things summer, I absolutely enjoyed being outside with a few thousand new friends. #BaseballisNotTimed #NoBuzzersorWhistles While I don’t follow baseball closely, I do appreciate those who accessorize in the colors of their favorite team. #ThisisFanFashion

I do understand the game of baseball though.  You’re on a team and yet, when all is said

and done, it’s just you that steps up to the plate. Dear Reader, you’ll never truly know what you are capable of unless you take a swing.   Knowledgeable people will coach you, fans will encourage you, but you’re the one that holds that bat.  I’m here to say, that in my own life, I’ve had some great hits, homers even, and I’ve also struck out more than a time or two but I’ve always stayed in the game.  I hope you will too, whether it’s a career

you want to try, a relationship you want to pursue or a cause you really care about.  There’s always another opportunity to improve and to contribute.  In the end, it’s our combined efforts that help everyone advance and ultimately win. #TakeTurns

The boys of summer are soon to be in the playoffs this fall which is also a great time to get into the real estate game.  If you’re a buyer, there’s less competition and the sellers

are motivated.  If you’re thinking about investing in real estate, we can coach you.  If you’re sitting on the bench, not sure what your options are, we’ll help you take a swing.  Contact us today!

There’s still plenty of time to plan your next adventure this season and do remember:  just because Labor Day comes and goes, doesn’t mean summer is over.  Make your own rules!
